Sunny hot and humid, slight breeze. 88 deg. dew point 67. Bob and I did and easy shake out run just to loosen up for the Duathlon tomorrow. Ran out the Honda Trails and looped around the first field then came back. Lots of Poison Ivy.
Legs felt ok, really hot though. Glad we weren’t going any farther.
