Sunny, humid and kinda hot. Rode out the end of Frye stretch, turned around and came back to Mexico Rec Park and took Honda Trails back to mill. Rode pretty hard out to Frye stretch but didn't feel too good coming back. Butt hurt and heat starting to get to me. Stopped at Rec park, seeing spots and a little light headed. Forgot to turn watch back on. This ride was closer to an hour.
