Cloudy and cold. Home due to transmission problems with the Civic and doctor's appointment this afternoon for my finger. Started and a good pace and felt ok going up the hill on South road. Tried to keep a moderate pace, kinda uncomfortable, out Turkey lane. Starting running the downhill faster on Pike road working on increasing my turnover and pushing off on my right toe, like my left, trying to run more balanced. Stopped at the bottom to answer a text from Bob and then started back. Went up the hill at a strong pace, but felt ok. It starting to be work once I turned onto Turkey and when it flattened out I kept the pace pretty hard. Ran the hills on South road hard and was worried what I would have left in the tank when I got to Orchard.
