Too hot and humid to run outside. Set the treadmill for 45 minutes at an incline of 1.0. Ran a 5 minute warm-up at 6.0.
Then ran 90 seconds at 8.0 with a 90 second recovery at 5.5. Repeated this 12 times. Then ran at 6.0 for the remaining 4 minutes. After 45 mins, walked for 5 min cool down.
Felt pretty good, kinda tired the last couple and dripping wet. Took awhile to stop sweating, better than running outside though.
