Notes
Cloudy not too warm but kinda humid, 78 deg. F, dew point 62. Bob and I ran over to the high school, did a loop around the singletrack then went up behind Penobscot St. to the Porter West trail and back to the high school before continuing on to old XC loop behind the high school. Did one loop and came back. Ran into Mike Phelps near the end of the single track and stopped to talk to him for a few minutes. Finished on the Hosmer trail back to the mill. Good run, pushed hard on some of the hills.
