Notes
Cloudy misting cool, 55 deg. Plan was just an easy shake out run today. Ran the road over to Hosmer to the walking path. Did one loop counterclockwise, then a loop around the track. As I headed back up the dirt road in the clockwise direction I was really tired and shuffling like an old man. I had originally thought about doing 4 miles, but figured I better cut it short to 3. By the time I got back to the track I knew I didn't want to do a lap around it, so I headed back. When I got to Lincoln ave I started feeling really low energy and bonky. Made it back ok, nothing sore or hurt, even my back was ok but I just felt worn out. The lack of sleep Friday night, a late night Saturday, and 18 miles yesterday have caught up with me. Good shake out though.
