Notes
Cloudy, kinda cold, a little windy. Got to the OSGR a little early so I decided to do a warm up run. Left my pack in the car. Ran down Knights Woods trail to the Sno mo and then to Fox East. I was getting sweaty so I took off my shirt and ran without it until I got back to the sno mo trail. Ran back on the sno mo to Link and then back to the parking lot. I stopped to do my hip stretches before starting on Fox East. Felt good and legs felt better than expected.
