Sunny, windy, warm, 75 deg.F. Bob and I ran to the high school, around the single track, then up the snowmobile trail to the Porter West trail and back behind Legere’s house. We then took the singletrack again and ran into Mike Phelps walking his dog. Chatted with him for a few minutes and headed out to Scotties. A path had been mowed from the bottom to the top of the hill for the football team to run up and down. Ran out to the old XC trail and did one loop, walking the steep hills. Came back through Scotties and ran the singletrack and back through Hosmer. Legs felt tired at the start. Lower back sciatica bothered some on my left side most of the run, not bad but could tell it was there. Don’t want it to get any worse. Legs felt ok at the end.
