Notes
Really warm day, too nice not to run. Didn't have time to run at lunch, so got to FBB class early and hit the road at 5:00pm. Plan was to run out Harlow Hill road past the middle school for 15 minutes then turn around and come back. Ran a good pace and made it to the new MedCare building before turning around. On the way back, just after the school, my right hamstring started grabbing. Slowed down for a bit and it seem to come out of it. But, sprinting during class I tweaked it again.
Good run, strangely warm for this time of year. Wore shorts and short tech T.
