Sunny, cool, but sun was hot. 56 deg. Ran to the High School through Hosmer, then took Take Off, to Fawntastic, to Bull Pine and back through Scottie's field. Back has been sore and painful since last Thursday. Did a road run yesterday and my back complained some and my IT band was sore after for awhile. With Big Brad this weekend, I called and got an appointment with Dr. Jamie for this week. Legs felt good today. Did push the pace much, only a few times I picked it up. Back complained here and there and my hip groin complained a couple times. Generally felt ok, but not sure what will happen if I go longer. Stopped to look at the pile of junk near the stream on the Bull Pine trail. It was just a tent that got flattened by a couple downed trees. Beautiful day in the woods.
