Notes
Sunny, slight breeze, 78 deg. Bob went riding with Mark B. so I went by myself. Wanted to do an easy shake out run after the race yesterday. Went to the Rumford boat launch and back. Kept the pace easy, but not exactly slow. Legs felt a little beat up from the hard mileage yesterday. Sun was hot out in the open fields, but the breeze was nice on the way back. Good run but probably won’t have a lot of “pop” at FBB class tonight.
