Notes
Sunny and pretty warm, but a little windy. Wore pants, long tech tee. Bob and I ran to High School and back through Stickytown. Not feeling very good when we left. Kept a fairly easy pace. But ran kinda hard up the last couple hills. Not a super hard workout but felt a lot better after.
