Notes
Mostly cloudy, a bit breezy and kinda cold. Ran out to the end of South road and back. Felt ok starting out. Ran up South road hill at a steady pace and was a little gassed at the top. Felt good the rest of the way out. Turned around at the stop sign. Felt good going back. Tried to be a little quicker going down South road hill. Ran up Orchard hill not real hard and was pretty gassed at the top. Finished kinda hard to the mailbox and then an easy cooldown loop to the end of the road and back down to McClean’s mailbox. Walked a loop up to the end of the road and back. Good run. Hopefully it doesn’t affect a run at Riverlands tomorrow.
