Notes
OSGR run at the Riverlands. We went out Homestead then across the river to the island. There were some pockets of water under the snow from the recent warm weather so you had to watch your footing. Once we got back we ran out to Middle Earth. I ran with Rick for a bit which I hadn't done in a long time. Rick turned around a little ways before the Ledges trail and I ran the rest of the way with Val. Once everyone caught up, the group jumped down over the hill in the deep snow to get to the river and run out to the next island. I really didn't feel like doing that so I went a little further down the trail to pee and then decided I would run back and try to catch Rick. Once I got going I realized he had way too big of a lead. I ran on the main trail all the way back to the trail map Kiosk to get a picture of a small towel that someone had dropped for a lost on the trail bingo square. I decided to go back to the picnic area and see if I could meet up with the group. I didn't hang around there too long and just decided to run Homestead back to the parking lot. Rick was already gone by the time I got there but Don came running in right behind me. He had to go pick up his kids so he left. I changed my shirt and left also. Good run. Felt good getting 12 in for the day.
