Notes
Sunny, warm, 72 deg. light breeze. Had to go before I got changed up, a lot of kinda wet gas but not much poop. Wasn’t sure how long it would be into the run before it was an emergency. Headed for the bridge on the sidewalk at an easy pace. My watch strap broke when I turned it on to synch up, pissah. Didn’t bring by handheld again today either. No watch no phone. Felt pretty good. Legs a bit tired but nothing sore. Looped through the parking lot and headed back. All systems go. I figured if I could make it back a far as the cemetery without building up pressure I would be good. Passed the cemetery and felt ok. Still felt ok at the end of the sidewalk, so I picked up the pace. Not full out, but pretty hard all the way to just inside the fence. Easy jog back to the car. Checked the time and 31 minutes. Better than the 33 minutes Monday. No cramps at all on this run. Everything else felt good. Felt nice to pick it up at the end. Warm fall day, probably the last until next spring.
