Notes
Mostly sunny, hot, 78 deg. Easy run with Rick. He only wanted to do about 2 miles and picked the Honda Path. I let him set the pace, we ran along the river trail, then up and over the bridge and onto the trail. We actually went a little beyond 1 mile before turning around. It was ho,t especially in the sun. I thought about doing some more and dropping Rick off, but it was too hot. Yesterday I ran in a long sleeve, today it was a tank top. Supposed to be hot tomorrow too. Good to get out and run with Rick again.
