Notes
Partly sunny and warm with a slight wind. Felt tired and lame. Warm-up runs during walk over to track didn't really loosen me up. Hip flexors felt sore, back still kinda sore. Ran 1 lap, walked 1 lap X 3. First lap didn't feel good, felt tight and sore. Second lap was better, back didn't hurt. Third lap ok too, cardio felt a little better, wasn't completely gassed. Ran a 1/2 lap at a fast pace, had a hard time maintaining pace the last 50 yards, legs just wouldn't go, spent.
Later walking home, outside bottom of right foot behind pinky toe was sore.
