Notes
Sunny, not too cold, 35, light wind. Ran to the high school and back the usual route. Probably an easy to moderate pace. Tried to push a little harder up the hills though. Coughing up a lot of junk, I think most of it was from a little cold I have going on. When I go to the high school I was getting tired. Felt tired most of the way back. I’ve worked out 3 times since Sunday, so that’s probably some of it. Nice day to be out though. Everything felt ok.
Gear: pants, orange W2B long T, headband, water pack.
