Same ride as last week. Wanted to do some spinning after the long run yesterday.

Created a HIIT timer with 6 sets: 1:00 min stand-up and climb, 4 min spin (95-100 rpm), plus a 3:00 min warm-up and 5:00 min cool-down.

After the ride, I tried to unclip my right shoe and it wouldn't clip out. Had to take the shoe off. Cleat had loosened up. Bob was able to turn it hard enough to pull the cleat out of the shoe. Borrowed a toolbox from Dan Lemay and got the cleat out of the pedal.
