Notes
Sunny, not too cold, really gusty winds. Had the kids over for Easter Brunch since they are busy with the inlaws on Sunday. After everyone left I got out for an easy shake out run since I hadn't run since Monday and I wanted to be loose for my long run tomorrow. Left knee was a little sore on the way back but everything else felt ok. Good run, not as creaky as I thought I would be.
