Hosmer Loop

Notes

Cloudy cool, light wind, 60 deg. Plan called for an easy 30 minutes with 5x60 yards fast. Ran over to Hosmer to run the walking path and the track. I could feel my left hip as soon as I got to the walking path. It never really go too sore but I could feel it the whole time. Ran the path out to the tennis court parking lot and then ran fast down the road to the hill. Then ran fast again on the dirt road to the track. Ran onto the track and did another sprint on the back side, then one on the front side and headed back out onto the walking path. Did the same sprint on the tennis court road and save the last one for the backside of the track. After continuing around the track I stopped and did some stretching. Ran back to the mill and stopped at the foot bridge. Did some frontward and backward hurdler’s stretches with both legs. This really bothered my left hip. There is definitely some irritation going on there. Finished across the bridge and just hit 4miles. I think this was a good easy run. Still worried about the hip. Going to see Aaron P. on Thursday, hopefully he can make it right. One more easy run Thursday, then the race!
