Woods and trails are really wet from all the rain so I decided to stay on the ATV and run out to the Ledges trail and back. Not a hard pace felt good, except on the way back I had to stop to poop. Another round of diarrhea. Had to use big leaves to wipe, which actually worked ok. Felt like I had to go again the last mile back but able to finish without stopping. Pretty good run kinda tired.
Gear: shorts, tank, headband, water pack
