Nomad Race #2. Way too humid to even think about a fast race. Went out easy with Bob and he eventually pulled away. I was ready to be done by the time I got to the second half single track. Didn't walk any, but did pause a few times. Humidity was really getting to me and really couldn't wait to finish. At the newer single track, an older guy caught up to me, so I picked up the pace a little. On the last section I really picked it up and ran hard. Totally soaked and beat. Didn't do a cool down run. It started to rain as I was leaving. Later at home I was getting stuff out of the car in the rain and ran into the garage. Feet were wet and they went right out from under me and I fell on my butt and back, lucky I didn't hit my head.
