Trail run from the plant. Took a good poop before I changed and all was good during the run. Today starts the running advent calendar and day 1 was singing while running. Stopped at a wooded section and did a couple trial runs before recording for the game. Ran out to the beach parking lot. Quite a few wet and muddy spots. Turned around and headed back the same way. It was a beautiful afternoon. Did not feel like December and I was happy to run in shorts. First time running this trail without having to stop and take a dump. Nice. Ran all the way back to the end of the service road by the gatehouse and then back to the car. Felt good.
