Notes
Partly sunny cool morning. Plan was to run the singletrack course for the group run on the 31st. Had a GU at the picnic area. Ran almost all the way up to the top of the Ridge and finally felt ok when I got to the top. Had another GU on Deer Path Ext. Felt ok the rest of the run, even on Porcupine I finished feeling ok.
Gear: shorts, Brave tank, head band, water pack
