Notes

Moved mountain bike trainer back into garage for summer/fall workouts. Back of right knee has been painful when running, so adding biking back in to maintain fitness while cutting back on running. Felt good on the bike. Legs felt stronger than earlier in the year. Could feel back of right knee a little but ok. Good ride. Listening to trail running podcast helps time go by faster.
