Second run of the day. Ran up to the Ledge with Bob before FBB class. Was able to run all the way except power hiked the last steep section to the top. Didn't stop and ran down to the lookout. Ran the downhill hard and kept the pace hard all the way back to the gym. Felt good, but it was hot.
