Notes

Loop #4 - Starting to get pretty hot out, sweating a lot. Plan for this loop was to walk all the hills and see how much longer it would take. Back felt ok on this loop. Walked any hill that was kinda steep up and down, but kept the pace up on the flats. Legs felt pretty good. Ran out of Tailwind with 1.8 miles to go. Grabbed my lunch cooler and continued running back to the car. Walking the hills didn't slow me down much. Still finished in 45 minutes.

Good long training run and felt ok after. Need to figure out my hydration though if it going to be hot. I really needed to take more water out on the trail. It would be nice if I had two water pouches, one with water and one with Tailwind that I could swap back and forth.
