Notes
Overcast with filtered sun, cold for this time of year, 25 deg, but no wind. Bob is off at Old Town this week. I dropped my car off at Adley’s to get new snow tires then ran down Falls Hill. Cut across to Spruce Street the up and over to Franklin Ave. Ran the reverse loop of the High School run. Pace was easy to start, but felt harder as the run went on. Didn’t go hard up the hills but kept the pace steady and tried to stay on my toes. Kept working on landing more on my forefoot with my right foot. Parking lot at the high school was icy, so had to be careful there, as was the bridge back over to Rite Aid. Last mile felt kinda hard, but my mileage is way down this month. Good run though. Nice day, even though it was cold. Everything felt ok.
Gear: pants, lime W2B long tech Tee, long cotton tee, warm headband, gloves (shed halfway), water pack (didn’t drink any)
