Notes
Partly sunny, wind on and off, kinda warm, 48 deg. Ran with Bob, his first run after having a bad cold for the last 2 weeks. We did the Black Bridge loop and took it easy. Left knee was a little sore at the start, but was ok after I warmed up. Left hip was bothering me most of the way back, sciatic pain sort of. Not sure if it was the slow pace or the camber of the road. Felt good other than that. Will try to run again tomorrow for back to back days.
