Bob, Mark, Steve and I. Hard pace, and felt pretty good even though legs were not fresh. Legs shaky after. Felt really tired later that night. Abby had soccer in Dixfield so could not run. Bob and Steve ran almost 4 miles right after the ride. Steve took a hard crash on single track down from Joe Pond.
