Windy and snowy, roads bad and snowbanks high. Set the treadmill at 0.5 incline, time 45:00 minutes. Ran 8 mins warm up then did 10 fast repeats. 90s at 8.0, then 90s recovery at 5.5 after this ran the rest of the time between 5.5-6.5 and didn't quite get to 5 miles at the end of 45 minutes, so it took a bit of time into the 5 minute cool down. Felt like it was a good pace, not all out, but about as fast as I dared to go on the treadmill. Breathing good not really gassed at all.
