OSGR, Val showed up but couldn't run because of her ankle. Jason led the group. Sam came running in just before we started, He got there a 5:30am and did the relay course, 20 miles. Wow. Craig was there with his dog along with Don, Dr. Dana, and KB. Fun group I had to bail early to be back at 11:00 to go meet Abby for lunch. We ran all the way out Homestead. Jason's friend decided to head back on the ATV and took off. Craig was heading back that way too so I joined him. He was going slower with the dog and his foot was bothering him. The rest of the group was headed up the Ridge trail. It was nice running and chatting with Craig, I hadn't run with him for a long time. Got back to the parking in plenty of time and got in 4 miles which was good. 12 for the day. Good day on the trails and they are really shaping up nice for this early in the year.
