Sunny, very warm, 62. Bob and I ran out and along the trail under the Ledge all the way out to Swett Ave. and back. Haven’t run since last Tuesday, but legs felt ok. Although my right hamstring started bothering me after about a mile. Stopped at 17 to stretch it and it felt a little better. Tried not push too hard on it. Didn’t get any worse, but was hoping it would have been all better after taking time off.
