Really tough to get off the couch and get this in, but felt really good during and after. Pretty good pace, got heart rate up.

Bicep curls, 15 lbs., 10reps, x 2

Tricep press, 5 lbs., 10reps, x 2

12 squats x 2

25, 30 sit-ups
