Sunny, hot, slight wind out of the south, 74 deg. Bob and I ran to the Rec park and back. I was hoping for an easy pace, but it was a little faster and slightly uncomfortable. I didn’t feel great, probably was just hot but felt kinda shaky also. We ran the reverse direction at the Rec Park and went out behind the tennis courts. This was my last run before Riverlands on Saturday. I have a blister on the outside of my left little toe, kinda bothersome but hopefully 3 days off will let it heal up.
