Same as Tuesday, ran 1 lap - walked 1/2 lap for 4 laps. Also ran 2 stretches to track and 2 stretches back to Mill. First lap felt tight, better next 3. Cardio feeling better, not completely gassed at end of lap. Only walking 1/2 lap felt ok.
