Cloudy, kinda cold, 39 degrees, it felt raw. Rain is coming later this afternoon. Ran with Bob! First time in forever, maybe since the White to Black race. He is still nursing his sore foot and hasn’t been running much, so we did an easy out and back to the high school. Went out the usual way but came all the way back up Somerset street, then turned right up past RES and then left to the rotary. I left Bob and the bridge and continued on. I ran hard up Plymouth Ave hill to Tom Bourret’s house and then back down to Franklin. Came down Franklin and went out on 108 to run the loop through Mexico. Ran a pretty hard pace from the island all the way back to the foot bridge. Slowed a little on the footbridge. Felt pretty good running hard, but pace was slower than I expected. Good run, nothing sore, left foot and knee ok. Good to run with Bob again.
