Notes

Rode longer today, butt a little sore. Legs still feeling weak. Also went for a walk with Paula in the evening, very warm out.

Bicep curls, 10 lbs. x 2

Tricep press, 5 lbs. x 2

10 squats x 2

25 sit-ups x 2
