Okay, I haven't been around for my logs the past couple days. But a few updates. Ended up moving last week. Not far, in the same building, just up the stairs into a two bedroom which is awesome. Have free cable which means I can finally watch packer games again. Definitely the biggest upgrade. So running took a bit of a backburner, which allowed my hammy to clear up. I was able to do a workout yesterday without any issues. Whether it was a good idea or not, I did some self preformed graston (with some kitchen utensils) on my hamstring, but literally the next morning I had no issues. Probably just coincidence, or else I need to go to school for Physical Therapy. So back to miles again. I'll do a cross race in a week and a half. Hopefully I have some fitness left in the tank. Maybe a enough to earn a spot on the XC Club Nats team. Time will tell.
