Caught Ritz and Mary on Harriet. Did a loop with them before pealing off. That was probably the first time I've ran with Ritz in over a year. Man time flies. Kept it nice and easy today. I had been getting some phantom pains in my left shin again. I'll be much more careful about this one. The sleeves seemed to help today.
