Not a bad run, not a great run either. Much better than Saturday though. I slowed a little near the end but not drastically so, and KM 3 involved a virtual stop when a pedestrian was loitering in the gate near the canal. I need a long run on Saturday, followed by one more shorter run if I'm going to do the Holymoorside 10k.
