In heavy rain this was a great run - fast and smooth - and quicker than the same run 4 days ago by 56 seconds. I was using my phone to record the route and it didn't work properly, hence the lack of km splits etc but I think my 5km time was about 21.45 so I am quite close to my PB of 21.28 with 10 days to go until the Chase4Life.
