I ran a decent race today but with the course being a little short it's difficult to say quite how well I did. Along with some other runners I went the wrong way at one point which wasted probably 20 seconds, and there were numerous stiles and kissing gates which seriously hampered progress. All in all I think it probably evens itself out, but although I slowed in the later kilometres I was fairly steady most of the way round.
