I'm still feeling it in my knee but I'm finding that paying attention to how I land on my left foot really drops the pain level. I wonder what I did. I'm trying to stretch the IT band as I think that's the culprit for my knee. Going slower is also a plus but it's exhausting constantly focusing on my form instead of just running easily.
