What a difference a day makes and 5 degrees. Yesterday the run was about 81 degrees. Today: 75 but I didn't feel like I was going to die afterwards. In fact I felt wonderful throughout and went at a slightly slower than threshold pace for a good 45 minutes for a nice tempo run. I don't think they get much better than this.
