what a stuuuuuuupid workout!! coach told us to go through the mile in 6:20, gave me NO splits for my first rep at all and surprise surprise i went way too fast and came through in 6:14. pretty pissed because it would have been a lot more evenly split if he had said at any point after 800m hey, chill you're perfectly on pace. -_-
