felt good again! my first mile was like 7:40 so i negative split by a good amount hahaha...7:40, 6:40? yeah so that was pretty good. i should probably stop doing all this fast running but like how am i going to get used to that pace or get better if i'm not PUSHING myself? so idk i'll do what i feel everyday. damn my hams are sore but my shins not so much woooo!
