the weather was so perfect today! cool and a little breezy, no humidity. ran with sam and felt a little bit of pain in my groin in the beginning that went away as it got warm and came back a little afterwards. other then that, this felt effortless. i felt so smooth. i think sam's ankle is making great improvement too
