Notes

a little sore because the evening run from last night was a little close to an early morning run but still pretty psyched about being at princeton. 3 new york bitches were soooo annoying so wanted to beat them and kept pushing the pace on the hilly parts. ran a little on the princeton xc course and a little on the campus, finished at a sprint. was feeling good. form drills in afternoon felt sore but they really helped.

30 mins yoga, abs, circuits, 50 mins pool running - still felt ok
